I’m pleased to announce and congratulate the birth of Mylo Ignatius Bowles.  Father Chef Graham Elliot Bolwes is the Executive Chef at The Avenues Restaurant in the Peninsula Hotel in Chicago, where I have had the immense pleasure of having eaten no less than three times. I am already planning another visit sometime later this year to congratulate him and his wife!

Elliot and I first became acquainted through a curious exchange that you can read about here. Also, a photo-journal of all of my meals can be seen here, here, and here.  I look forward to adding another “here” later this year.
