Megan Garrelts wanted to present as many desserts as possible, so she plated two mini desserts together on this plate, both incorporating ingredients she found in Norway: Plum cake with Ægir Sour Cherry Ale ice cream, and butterscotch custard with candied pumpkin and toasted meringue.
