Lunch there on March 24th 2011.
I sadly did not enjoyed their savories that much (just ok), whereas the dessert was the highlight of my meal. Service was superb. I'll go back for sure, especially for the bargain 88 euros 'menu dejeuner'. The report of this lunch there: http://tinyurl.com/6bgjpjs

Hey U.E. within the past year I have become one of the biggest foodies. To quote Anthony Bourdain, I get the "gastro version of morning wood" just thinking about my last great meal. For me, it was Blue Hill at Stone Barns. I grew up eating from local farms and sustainable markets around my house in Maryland, like you, it was nothing too extraordinary. The food, however was an experience in utter perfection. Besides to point... My real reason for leaving a reply is the fact that I am finishing college at the University of Tampa, I am currently fulfilling electives which includes a painting class. I was wondering if you would be willing to let me use your image of Per Se's "Oyster and Pearls" (2008) to paint for an assignment? I understand that is an odd request, but your photo does that dish so much justice. I would need a bigger image of it and can assure you I would do nothing more then just try and replicate it with paint. If you're not up to it I understand. Regardless, you have truly inspired me to pursue more then a few restaurants.
