@ Mark: For me, not really, though I was certainly full by the end. But one of my guests did struggle half-way through the meal. If you are going for dinner, I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch, as I did (I had a three-course lunch at Cafe Boulud not six hours before, and that was really rather stupid of me).

Epicure, I want to recognize your use of words, and your achievement of a tonality in your writing. However, something essential is missing. I do hope you achieve your experience of the ultimate. Your writing was long-winded. Lino

Fantastic review here. Actually you could maybe advise me.

I’m going in the US end of october for 6 days. I’ve tables booked at Moto and L2O, didn’t succeed at Alinea although it was my top priority but it”s fully booked :(

For N-Y i’ll book at WD-50 as soon the reservations are open and i’m looking for another place for dinner. Per Se was my first intention but im’ not convinced by what i see (i like modern food but also need to be surprised and i’m afraid i’ll be not at Per se – could be a wrong impression of course). Would you have another suggestion in N-Y ?

Wow I think this is amazing! I think the art of presentation is splendid and I’m seriously getting hungry. Why am I not in New York?! :(
