Wonderful article, I appreciate all your wonderful descriptons of Johnny’s creations. I too am a great fan of Johnny, have been for 34 years…Johnny is a self made man, he did it all on his own working and learning with the best chefs and restuaranteurs in the world. Thank you again for your recognition of his great talent and genius in the pastry kitchen.
